Pageant officials will furnish only microphones, cassette recorder. They will not furnish assistance with props. Talent time limit is three minutes maximum. Talents are timed.

Alaska All Star PAGEANT RELEASE FORM
As the parents/legal guardian of the participant named above, or as the participant, I do hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by the Alaska All Star Pageant. I agree to hold the Alaska All Star Pageant Director and staff volunteers harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, or injury during or resulting from my child's or my participation in this pageant. I understand and agree that should an act of God (earthquake, fire or any other act of nature) cause the cancellation of the pageant, that said pageant will be canceled without benefit of refund; however, the pageant will be rescheduled at another time and location. I understand that the judges decisions are final. I understand that good sportsmanship is required at all times. This includes both the contestant, parents, and or guests. I understand that failure to show good sportsmanship will result in disqualification of the contestant without refund and forfeiture of any awards received. I agree and understand that all fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. I agree and give my permission to Alaska All Star to use any and all photographs, and/or videotapes for publicity purposes.

Rules & Regulations
1. Contestants are judged on personality, Poise/Appearance, natural beauty, and modeling in evening gown, casual wear, and speaking skills in interview for age division titles.
2. Contestants must enter all events to win the Hi-Point title. Hi-Point consist of overall high score. All winners are eligable and encouraged to attend and compete in the national All Star pageant held in Dallas, Texas. .
3. Contestants give Alaska All Star permission to use their photographs for publicity purposes. You may bring your personal cameras and videos to the state pageant, and must be used in the back of the room, but will not be able to have them at the National Pageant.
4. Judges decisions are FINAL! Talking with the Judges WHILE THEY ARE JUDGING IS PROHIBITED. If any family, friends of the contestants or the contestants themselves are caught violating this, the contestant WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!!!!!!!!
5. Good sportsmanship is required at all times. Failure to show good sportsmanship (including the parents and guests) will result in disqualification of the contestant concerning without refund and forfeiture of any awards received. This includes after the pageant.
6. Age Divisions consisting of less than three contestants may be combined with the next closest age group for all of the optional events.
7. Entry fees are not refundable.
8. Alaska All Star and their staff reserve the right to refuse admittance to any one that we feel may be a security risk. This includes all pageant events.
9. Alaska All Star and the host building is not responsible for loss due to injury incurred at, or in travel to and from the pageant. We are also not responsible for any thefts that may occur.
10.Alaska All Star requires high moral standards; therefore, any contestant or winner caught engaged in such acts as drinking/drugs, smoking, swearing, etc. will be immediately disqualified at the discretion of the State Director.
11. Tickets to the program will be: Adults: $3.00; Youth 6-12 year: $1 Children five and under are free.
